All Sales Final

Due to the one-of-a-kind, pre-loved, and archival nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. This applies to all Recycle Me Fancy products including Pink Box Drops, Style Boxes, and Add-On Elegance pieces.

Pink Box Drop — Mystery Curation Policy

The Pink Box Drop is a curated mystery experience. Recycle Me Fancy selects all pieces on your behalf based on the active drop era. Customers do not choose individual items. By purchasing a Pink Box Drop, you agree to receive the curated selection determined by Recycle Me Fancy for that drop. Specific items cannot be requested, exchanged, or substituted. All Pink Box Drop purchases are final sale.

Style Box — Sizing Note

Style Box edits are curated by Recycle Me Fancy based on general silhouette and styling direction. Vintage sizing varies significantly from modern sizing conventions. Recycle Me Fancy cannot guarantee specific sizing or fit. Customers are encouraged to review individual product measurements listed on each Style Box product page before purchase. All Style Box sales are final.

Add-On Elegance — Final Sale

Add-On Elegance pieces are vintage, one-of-a-kind items available during the active drop era only. All Add-On Elegance purchases are final sale. Pieces are archived at the close of each drop era and cannot be restocked or exchanged.

Styling Services — Cancellation Policy

Styling session bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no charge. No-shows forfeit the session fee.

Corporate Gifting — Deposit Policy

Corporate gifting orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rcmfpinkbox.com with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
